The popular multiplayer war game Holdfast: Nations At War is now officially available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S as of July 9, 2025. Previously exclusive to PC, the game brings its intense, large-scale historical battles to consoles for the first time—and yes, full cross-play is supported across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
Players can now join massive 150-player battles set in both the Napoleonic Wars and World War I, featuring a wide range of gameplay styles. There are 27 roles to choose from, including infantry, cavalry, artillery, officers, and more—each adding unique tactical value to your team. Fight for historical factions like Britain, France, Prussia, Austria, and both WWI sides.
