Gears of War Reloaded Arrives August 26 on PS5, Xbox, and PC
Microsoft has officially announced Gears of War: Reloaded, a fully remastered version of the 2006 Xbox classic. Releasing on August 26, 2025, the game is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, marking the first time the Gears franchise debuts on a PlayStation console.
Priced at $39.99, the remaster will also be available day one via Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, reinforcing Microsoft’s push for cross-platform reach. Players who previously purchased the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition digitally will receive the new version for free.
