Switch 2 Still Hard to Find? Here’s Where It’s In Stock This Week

Getting a Nintendo Switch 2 in the U.S. is still tough, but restocks are picking up. This past week, Walmart dropped new stock for Walmart Plus members on July 7 and again on July 8 during Prime Day promos. Both standard and Mario Kart bundles sold out fast—but they did last a bit longer this time.

Amazon is now using an invite-only system. You just request access, and if picked, you’ll get an email to buy. If you’re not selected right away, your request stays active for 3 months, so it’s worth a shot.

Best Buy and Target haven’t had online restocks recently. Best Buy did a one-day in-store drop on July 1, but that’s about it so far. Still, surprise drops could happen anytime.

Nintendo says they’ll meet demand throughout 2025, so while it’s tricky now, it’s not as bad as the PS5 days. Keep checking Walmart around 7PM ET, request your Amazon invite, and stay alert—more chances are coming.

Also, don’t miss out on Prime Day accessory deals—tons of Switch 2 cases and controllers are marked down!
